Tod's Birthday!

So this year Tod was really excited to turn 28. When asked why, he said, "I don't know, I feel like it's going to be a good year."

Turns out it was Jens's birthday as well so we celebrated together! Here's their shared Boston cream strawberry cake with 28 candles:

After eating lots of good food (including PB&J sandwiches, hummus, couscous salad, and more cake varieties than there were birthday boys) we played a trivia game called Smart @$$ which was introduced to us by the Sorensons. You can't see their faces in this photograph, but Megan and Devin are sitting in each others laps in the camp chair on the bottom left side of the photo. Lincoln is the centre of attention, of course. It was a fun time had by all.

What better way to kick off a good year than through a birthday party with good friends & family?
